Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysuru for a Senior Manager Quality Engineering. The role involves overseeing and improving quality control, quality assurance, and supplier quality processes to ensure best-in-class standards. Responsibilities include leading a team of quality engineers, implementing and maintaining quality management systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall engineering excellence. The Senior Manager will ensure compliance with industry standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Supplier Quality processes
- Proven expertise in Quality Management and Engineering Management
- Knowledge of IATF, VDA audits
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive quality improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Industry experience in automotive or manufacturing is highly preferred
- Knowledge of industry standards and quality certifications such as ISO is beneficial
