Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Automation & Manual QA efforts across all products within the group.
- Design and develop automation frameworks using Java/Python.
- Introduce and implement new technologies to improve quality and accelerate releases.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams locally and globally in a cross-functional environment.
- Monitor and provide support for production escalations.
- Stakeholder reporting on test plan executions and trends.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years in a management role.
- Strong expertise in API/UI test automation for SaaS products.
- Solid understanding of security domains (Identity/Data/Cloud/Network).
- Hands-on experience with large-scale data ingestion and processing.
- Proven ability to drive quality initiatives and mentor QA teams.
