Senior Manager -QPC (Steel Casting Flux)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure EHS compliance and QC of SCF/BRW products.
• Control rejection rates, perform RCA, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive cost reduction and inventory utilization.
• Manage PDM, lab operations, and ISO/IMS reporting.
• Conduct customer visits, trials, and third-party inspections.
• Improve process control and evaluate new raw materials.
• Maintain 5S, calibration, and testing schedules.

Skills & Competencies:

• Metallurgical/Ceramic engineering.
• Steel casting fluxes experience (5+ years).
• Analytical & problem solving.
• Process & quality control.
• Planning & organization.
• Customer handling.
• ISO/IMS knowledge.
