Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure EHS compliance and QC of SCF/BRW products.
- Control rejection rates, perform RCA, and implement corrective actions.
- Drive cost reduction and inventory utilization.
- Manage PDM, lab operations, and ISO/IMS reporting.
- Conduct customer visits, trials, and third-party inspections.
- Improve process control and evaluate new raw materials.
- Maintain 5S, calibration, and testing schedules.
Skills & Competencies:
- Metallurgical/Ceramic engineering.
- Steel casting fluxes experience (5+ years).
- Analytical & problem solving.
- Process & quality control.
- Planning & organization.
- Customer handling.
- ISO/IMS knowledge.
- Lab management.
