Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in (Pune/Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad), with Hybrid work mode, for a Senior Manager - TDM Informatica. The role involves overseeing Test Data Management (TDM) activities, driving data masking and subsetting strategies, and implementing solutions using Informatica TDM tools. Responsibilities include designing TDM frameworks, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations, providing technical leadership, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Job responsibilities.

Experience should be 9-12 years

• Experience leading the TDM implementation and Self service
• Strong experience and knowledge on Test Data Management activity and its fundamental principles Data Masking, Data Subset, Synthetic Data Generation
• Experience in developing new mappings using Informatica Power Center tool and its maintenance
• Experience and knowledge on Unix scripts
• Experience and sound knowledge on TDM tools such as IICSInformatica TDM workbenchInformatica Power Center RepositoryDesigner Manager Monitor
• Experience in Data Profiling and sensitive data identification
• Good in communication skills and confident enough to present TDM initiatives with client stakeholders.
• Ability to perform risk profiling
• Experience in working on complex SQL join queries.
• Experience in working with any of the databases DB2Oracle / Teradata / MongoDB/IMS DB
• Experience and knowledge working in Agile software development life cycle
• Willing to work from offshore and in second shift (12-9:30pm)
