Senior Manager - Purchase Powertrain

-Maintain part-level data for commodity budgets, sustenance budgets, VAVE, cost reductions/increases, and provisions.

-Plan and execute sourcing strategy for direct materials from suppliers, ensuring timely PO release and approval as per Pro X process.

-Achieve DMC and Capex targets at part level and ensure effective adoption of sourcing council recommendations.

-Manage strategic supplier relationships, prepare part family-wise commodity book, and monitor alternate sourcing for exit suppliers.

-Track implementation of action plans for strategic suppliers to improve MSA scores (Grow and Fix suppliers).

-Drive commercial cost reduction activities and minimize impact of commodity and commercial cost increases.

-Ensure employee engagement and training completion as per planned development schedules.
