Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Proposal Data Analyst!
As a Proposal Data Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to provide data-driven support to the proposal team, enabling smarter decisions and improving win rates. You will manage and analyze proposal-related data, maintain content repositories, and deliver actionable insights. Additionally, you will track internal performance metrics to help optimize processes and ensure operational efficiency.
You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal processes by identifying patterns, optimizing content usage, and enabling smarter decision-making through data.
Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze RFP/RFI data to identify trends, common requirements, and strategic opportunities.
Provide data-driven insights to proposal managers and sales teams to enhance proposal quality and competitiveness.
Proficient in developing automated, data-driven revenue attribution reports and dashboards.
Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights through reports and dashboards, clearly communicating findings and recommendations to drive informed decisions and process improvements.
Maintain and update proposal databases, content libraries, and dashboards for easy access and accuracy.
Support compliance checks, standardize content, and assist in creating proposal templates and reports.
Conduct research on prospects, competitors, and market trends to strengthen proposal positioning and develop win themes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and enrich proposal-related data.
Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives within the proposal function.
Track and analyze proposal performance metrics such as win/loss ratios, turnaround time, and content usage.
Prepare standardized reports and visualizations for leadership review.
Recommend improvements based on metric analysis to enhance efficiency and success rates.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
Good years of experience in data analysis, preferably in proposal management, sales operations, or business development.
Proficient in using business intelligence (BI) tools and salesforce reporting to extract, analyze, and interpret data for proposal development, bids, and ad hoc requests.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word experience with BI tools (Power BI) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with RFP/RFI processes and proposal lifecycle is desirable.
