We are seeking a talented individual to join our Knowledge Services team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office
Senior Manager - Project Manager
The incumbent will support colleagues within MarshCaptive Solutions across global locations, but the primary working with key stakeholders in the US. As the world's largest captive manager, Marsh Captive Solutions offers a comprehensive approach to innovative captive solutions, helping organizations of all sizes navigate complex global risks.
We will count on you to:
- Successfully provide project management and governance oversight for a portfolio of transformation projects
- Lead regular stakeholder meetings and workshops to drive accountability and progress
- Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate adoption, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability of transformation initiatives
- Provide regular MI and reporting to leadership on the status of change initiatives and provide recommendations to address any issues
- Identify and implement relevant technology-led solutions to meet Captive Solutions project management needs
- Possess excellent attention to detail and create accurate output. Have good logical thinking, analyzing and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement by suggesting product enhancements, advocating best practices, generating innovative ideas.
- Excellent team player be able to build collaborative working relationships with onshore stakeholders and with the other team members within Knowledge Services team.
What you need to have:
- MBA or graduate in Engineering or Technology or any other equivalent stream
- 7+ years of total experience in project / programme management
- Experience in change management, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and financial governance within a large corporate organisation
- An ability to regularly switch between the telescope of strategic direction and the microscope of day
to day delivery and implementation
- A performance-driven mind-set with an absolute commitment to delivering excellent results for our
clients and for our business
- Ability to adapt quickly, demonstrating resilience and problem-solving under pressure
- Strong communication skills with an ability to clearly articulate your reasoning to a wide variety of audiences
- Ability to influence and liaise with cross-functional and cross-geographical stakeholders
- Structured thought process - Previous experience in managing projects
- Hands on in using office tools like Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong PowerPoint skills, ability to create compelling narratives in senior leadership ready decks
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Very confident, with an ability to follow up across levels
