Drive end-to-end execution of R&D and cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery within defined timelines, quality, and cost parameters. The role requires strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities to support new product development and lifecycle management initiatives

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and track projects across R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, QA/QC, and Production
- Develop project plans, define milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and stage-gate requirements
- Manage risks, issues, and scope changes with proactive escalation
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and governance updates for stakeholders
- Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Conduct project reviews and capture learnings for continuous improvement
- Ensure effective documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle

Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Science, or Management
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory
- 7- 12 years in core project management experience with strong experience in managing projects across regulatory framework
- Experience in pharmaceutical / regulated environment
- Sterile / ophthalmic / injectable experience highly preferred
