Senior Manager- Project Finance
Key Responsibilities
- Post sanction lender management regular submission of project data, fulfilling compliances, ensuring all interest, commission payments happen on time
- Vendor management engagement letter executions with lender's/ borrower's consultants, PO creation, ensuring all payments happen on time
- Maintenance and regular update of department MIS and compliance portal
- Supporting manager in financial statement analysis and submission of related updates to lenders and rating agencies
Education, Experience, Certification, Exposure, Stakeholder interfaces
- Essential 0-2 years B.Com./ other graduate
- Desirable Strong understanding of finance processes and financial statements
Functional Requirements
- Strategic Develop strong operating level relationships with lenders for smoother day to day interactions, and no slippages on compliances
- Financial Strong understanding of finance processes such as vendor and PO creation, and financial statement analysis
- Operational Full control on project finance related operational processes to ensure timely payments to lenders and vendors
