Senior Manager - Program Management - Contract Logistics

Program & Project Management
.Lead planning, execution, and delivery of contract logistics programs across warehousing, distribution, and transportation.
.Work with operations to prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
.Monitor program performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
.Ensure adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
Client & Stakeholder Management
.Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders.
.Build strong relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
.Manage expectations, resolve escalations, and provide regular updates.
Operational Excellence
.Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
.Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
.Standardize best practices across sites and programs.
Cross-functional Collaboration
.Coordinate with operations, IT, procurement, finance, and HR teams.
.Align program goals with organizational strategy and customer requirements.
.Facilitate communication across multiple locations and stakeholders.
Risk & Compliance Management
.Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
.Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
.Conduct audits and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Financial Management
.Ensure billing to the respective customers are done on time month on month & also follow up for AR. The DSO should be within the agreed timelines.
.Manage program budgets, cost optimization, and profitability.
.Track financial performance, including cost-to-serve and margin improvement.
.Support pricing, business cases, and contract negotiations.
