Job Description Family Club Head

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Database Management

• Maintain a database of patients who conceived through Progenesis Fertility Centre during the last four years.
• Maintain and update the patient database regularly.

1. Progenesis Family Club Registration

• Ensure registration of newly conceived patients into the Progenesis Family Club.
• Keep track of patients undergoing treatment and get them registered immediately after conception.

1. Patient Engagement Pre-Pregnancy Support

• Create WhatsApp groups of registered patients.
• Share one pre-pregnancy educational or goodwill material every week, such as:
• Small videos for pre-pregnancy care
• Garbha Sanskar audio and video material
• Diet guidance
• Pre-pregnancy exercises

1. Newborn Welcome Gesture

• Send a small gift (e.g., Nappy Set) to newborn babies.
• Make a congratulatory phone call to parents on behalf of Dr. Malgaonkar, or arrange a direct call from Dr. Malgaonkar if possible.

1. Post-Pregnancy Guidance

• Send post-pregnancy care material to parents once a month.

1. Annual Gifts for Children

• Send a small gift to children every year up to their 3rd birthday.
• Make a congratulatory phone call to parents on behalf of Dr. Malgaonkar or arrange a personal call by Dr. Malgaonkar.

1. Anniversary Wishes

• Call parents on their marriage anniversary as part of relationship management.

1. Child Development Support Material

• Share useful content for healthy child growth, including:

1. Important vaccination reminders
2. Breastfeeding guidance
3. Preventive care during the first year
4. Appropriate diet for mother and child
5. Parenting-related material
6. Nurturing good habits
7. Progenesis Family Club Events

• Conduct Family Club events in different cities and invite all local or nearby members.
• Responsibilities include:
• Selecting a suitable hotel in one city of each zone.
• Conducting one event per month in every zone (approx. 3 hours) followed by lunch.
• Giving a presentation about Progenesis.
• Arranging a motivational guest lecture and fun activity.

1. Celebration Activities

• Celebrate occasions like Children's Day, Christmas, Diwali, or Makar Sankranti.
• Visit children and give surprise gifts on behalf of Progenesis Family Club.

1. Success Story Invitation

• Invite and arrange at least four successful couples in each camp of the area to share their success stories.
