Job Description

Job Purpose

The incumbent will join us and support a new subsidiary brand in new markets, focusing on product launches and category expansion alongside our international distributors and internal teams. EYS is a 146-year-old established TCM brand with 200+ clinics and retail stores across the region, and we are on a mission to care for mankind by making modern Chinese Medicine more relevant and anchored in modern dosage formats, clinical-based evidence and consumer-friendly packaging.

Reporting to the Managing Director (EYSV), the incumbent will partner functional teams and business units via squads to support our new product strategy, pipeline, and product development for EYSV's Consumer Product Portfolio. He/She will also consult and advise on the development of future products in the pipeline, including factory relationships, product and packaging development, product photography, PDP and copy development, business case, and GTM plans.

Job Description

Product Launch Readiness & Commercialisation

. Work closely with internal teams to drive key launch milestones and readiness reviews

. Review product propositions, claims, packaging, and consumer communication through a US-focused consumer lens

. Identify potential gaps and risks that may impact launch success

. Support launch planning and commercialisation activities alongside distributor team

. Provide guidance based on experience launching and scaling consumer health brands in USA

Cost Optimisation & Supply Chain Coordination

. Review packaging specifications, bottle selection, labels, cartons, and printing requirements

. Identify opportunities to simplify packaging structures and reduce costs

. Work alongside suppliers and relevant stakeholders to evaluate alternative sourcing options

. Review freight, logistics, fulfilment, and production assumptions for potential savings

. Support discussions with suppliers to improve commercial terms where appropriate

Women's Health Innovation Pipeline & Portfolio Strategy

. Develop a structured women's health roadmap spanning PMS, cycle health, fertility, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, and healthy ageing

. Identify white space opportunities and unmet consumer needs within key life stages

. Lead product strategy based on consumer demand, market trends, and commercial potential

. Support evaluation of new ingredients, formats, and propositions relevant to the US market

. Work with the product development teams to create a cohesive long-term portfolio strategy

Job Requirements
. Expectation is degree holder from reputable university, but note to prioritise career experience over educational background
. Innovation strategy, portfolio development, and product execution

. Experience in leading growth initiatives for US-based consumer goods products and brands

. Experience in managing and leading teams, with passion for developing people

. Agile project management experience preferred, but not necessary

. Excellent project management skills to ensure pilots are delivered on time, in full.

. Experience working independently with markets in a regional role. Able to navigate the nuances and complexities of matrixed organisations.

. Strong collaborator with influencing skills to bring people along in solving a problem, and relentlessly resourceful in finding ways to get things done.

. Strong bias for action, infinitely driven and adaptable. Enjoys taking charge to own and drive projects, even when lines are not clearly defined

. Data-driven, customer obsessed. Endlessly curious and conversant in the latest CX and digital marketing trends and best practices
