We are seeking a
Senior Manager, Product Management to lead the evolution of our
Agent Platform, including Agent Studio (design-time configuration) and Agent Runtime (execution, orchestration, and governance). This role sits at the intersection of platform architecture, enterprise AI, and developer experience, and will shape how intelligent agents are built, deployed, and operated at scale within Icertis.
This is a high-impact role for a platform PM who enjoys solving hard systems problems and enabling other teams to move faster.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for core agent platform capabilities used across the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) ecosystem.
- Define and evolve Agent Studio capabilities that enable customers and internal teams to configure agent behaviour, logic, prompts, rules, context, and integrations in a governed, enterprise-safe manner.
- Lead product strategy for Agent Runtime, including execution models, orchestration, observability, cost controls, reliability, and auditability.
- Make clear design-time vs runtime trade-offs, balancing flexibility, safety, performance, and ease of use.
- Partner closely with Engineering, AI, and Architecture teams to make informed decisions on platform APIs, extensibility models, and system boundaries.
- Translate complex platform strategy into clear product requirements, schemas, and success metrics that scale across teams and customers.
- Drive platform capabilities that improve time-to-value, operational efficiency, and customer trust in AI-powered workflows.
- Collaborate with Professional Services and Customer Success to ensure the platform supports repeatable implementations, not bespoke solutions.
- Support strategic customer engagements, articulating platform vision and long-term value to technical and business stakeholders.
- Inform roadmap decisions through deep understanding of enterprise AI trends, agentic systems, and competitive offerings.

- Agent behavior is predictable, explainable, and auditable, meeting enterprise governance standards.
- Platform teams ship faster by building on top of shared agent capabilities, not reinventing logic.
- Agent execution scales reliably across customers while maintaining cost efficiency and performance.
- Icertis is recognized as a leader in enterprise-grade agent platforms, not just AI features.
Qualifications
- 8-12 years of overall experience, inclu ding 4-6+ years in Product Management for enterprise SaaS, platform, or infrastructure products.
- Strong experience owning platform products that serve multiple teams or customer segments.
- Demonstrated ability to reason about system design, runtime behavior, and architectural trade-offs even if you don't write production code.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling complex, multi-tenant enterprise features.
- Experience with AI/ML-powered systems, workflow automation, or agent-based architectures is strongly preferred.
- Ability to operate at multiple levels from long-term platform strategy to detailed product decisions.
- Strong communication and influence skills, with experience working across engineering, design, sales, and leadership teams.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making high-quality decisions in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
