Job Description
- Lead the roadmap and execution of product and lifecycle transformation
- Drive end-to-end process improvements across engineering functions
- Optimise product workflows, data structures, and digital ecosystems
- Collaborate with stakeholders across R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, etc
- Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and programme tracking
- Drive change management to ensure adoption and sustainability
- Deliver initiatives that improve product velocity and operational efficiency
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years experience in product lifecycle management, product development, or transformation
- Proven track record driving cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience across engineering, manufacturing, and data environments
- Knowledge of product lifecycle processes and system optimisation
- Ability to operate as a hands-on strategic individual contributor
