Job Description

Dream11 is seeking a strategic Senior Manager - Product to lead our Creator Economy initiatives. If you have a solid background in product management, particularly within the creator economy at a high-growth B2C company, you'll be instrumental in defining and delivering products that empower our fantasy creators and align with business goals.

Your Role

  • Identify and prioritize problems within the fantasy creator ecosystem, balancing trade-offs to align features with business goals.
  • Set and track the right metrics for the product and use this information to make data-driven decisions.
  • Continuously iterate and improve products based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Own the entire product development lifecycle from end to end.
  • Align the working team and other stakeholders on the user problem and the product vision.

Qualifiers

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in the creator economy domain at a high-growth B2C company.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong data skills.
