Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience leading product managers or senior product contributors within platform or connectivity environments
- Proven experience leading and scaling enterprise or B2B platform products with clear
- ownership across strategy, roadmap, delivery, and commercial outcomes
- Strong experience defining platform product strategy and making platform-versus-proposition decisions within complex technology environments
- Commercially minded product leadership with experience balancing customer value, operational scalability, investment trade-offs, pricing considerations, and business performance
- Demonstrated success translating strategy into measurable product outcomes, KPIs, and OKRs
- Experience working within API-first and platform-enabled ecosystems, including developer experience, integration journeys, and platform adoption models
- Strong domain knowledge in connectivity, networking, software-defined networking, or Network as a Service (NaaS)
- Understanding of onboarding, service assurance, migration from legacy architectures, and operational implications within connectivity platforms
- Ability to influence and build trust across Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Commercial, and Executive stakeholders
- Strong analytical, prioritisation, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills within fast-moving and complex environments
Desirable
- Familiarity with platform engineering practices including infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability, reliability engineering, and operational automation
- Experience working within global or highly matrixed organisations managing multiple stakeholder groups and regional priorities.
