1. Academic/Professional Qualification: Graduate (Science/Commerce), Certified Auditor
2. Length of Experience: 10-12 years
3. Technical skill required: In hand experience in Audit, Statutory Compliance of Procurement/Materials /Supply Chain function. Added advantage if earlier served as Compliance Officer role for a multilocation offices, department in reputed organization.

Job Description (Role & Responsibilities):

l . Prepare, review, revise and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process flowcharts and manuals for Materials Department Operations.

1. Standardize departmental processes, responsibilities, approval authorities, documentation for internal controls.
2. Ensure proper document control, app/oval, revision history and communication of updated procedures to concerned stakeholders.
3. Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and SA8000, as applicable to the organization.
4. Coordinate with internal auditors, certification bodies, third-party auditors and statutory auditors for audits covering the Materials Department
5. Facilitate process audits for Procurement, Stores Operations, Stores Inspection, Weighbridge Operations and related activities.
6. Knowledge in Internal Financial control, Risk Control Matrix, HIRA, Business responsibility sustainability, risk

& opportunity, objective & target, preparation of RCA,

1. Knowledge in maintain & improving of process for procurement, Store's operation, store's inspection, vendor evaluation etc.
2. Establish and maintain procedures for critical and insurance spares, MRO items, slow-moving and non-moving materials, obsolete stock and shelf-life-controlled materials.

Promote standardization, accountability, risk-based controls, SS, Kaizen and continual improvement.
