Responsibilities
Expertise in Development of flowsheets and material balances for beneficiation plants.
Generate BOQs and a list of equipment with sizing and specifications.
Optimize equipment selection for cost-effective CAPEX and OPEX.
Finalize basic and detailed engineering in collaboration with consultants.
Work on the Process engineering inputs, design basis documents, equipment lists, technical specifications to enable in-house engineering and estimation by various interdisciplinary functions and departments
Qualifications
Degree/B.Tech/M.Tech in Mineral Engineering/Mineral Processing or Metallurgical Engineering
10–12 years of experience in Flow sheet design, equipment planning, design & engineering, project execution, operations and process control in mineral beneficiation plants. Preferrably, experience in BSM projects.
Experience in mineral beneficiation. Experience in Heavy Mineral processing plants is highly valued.
Knowledge of raw material handling, gravity concentration, dewatering, filtration, and agitators.
Familiarity with tailing disposal systems and slurry pumping.
Hands-on experience in plant commissioning and operational troubleshooting.
