Role Summary
- Engage with Central Ministries, State Agriculture Departments, PSUs, and alliedagencies to understand policy objectives and operational challenges.
- Lead solution architecture for crop yield estimation, crop loss assessment, GIS-based monitoring, and remote sensing applications.
- Own end-to-end pre-sales strategy and proposal development for B2G and donor-funded projects.
- Lead preparation of EoIs, RFPs, RFQs, and techno-commercial proposals including compliance and costing.
- Work with IFAD, UNDP, FAO, World Bank, ADB, and similar agencies on donor-funded programs.
- Guide technical validation, PoCs, and pilot demonstrations.
- Coordinate with internal technical, sales, and delivery teams for solution feasibility.
- Develop case studies, white papers, and reference architectures.
Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering& Solutioning
- Lead the discoveryprocess to deeply understand and document B2G/B2Bcustomer requirements.
- Translate customer needs into technical solution architectures, leveraging SwanSAT's satellite capabilities into deployable productofferings
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and Proof-of-Concept (POC) / pilot engagements to validate proposed solutions
Commercial & ProposalManagement
- Lead the preparation of high-quality, compliant technical and commercial proposals for RFP/RFQ processes
- Manage the full proposal lifecycleincluding bidding, commercial negotiation support, BAFO preparation, and drafting/reviewing technical sections of contracts and SLAs
- Ensure all proposals accurately reect technical solutions, delivery feasibility, security requirements, and compliance obligations
Cross-functional Coordination Management
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop opportunity-specic strategies, account plans, and project roadmaps
- Coordinate with platformand engineering teams to relay market feedback,dene integration points, and ensure product-market alignment
- Support delivery teams during project handover by ensuring technical and commercial commitments are clearly documented and achieved
- Prepare monthly project reports and documentation utilising input from technical solution architects
Ecosystem Engagement
- Support the establishment and management of technical partnerships with system integrators through technical due diligence and joint solutionpositioning
- Develop technicalcase studies, solutionwhite papers, and reference architectures to support thought leadership and sales enablement initiatives
Our IdealProle
- 10–12 years of experience in pre-sales or solution consulting within AgriTech, Geospatial, or GovTech domains.
- Strong experience working with Central/State Governments, PSUs, and multilateral agencies.
- Proven ability to lead large B2G and donor-funded bids.
- Excellent technical documentation and proposal writing skills.
Techno-Commercial Expertise
- Consultative Solution Selling: Advanced capability in opportunity qualication, deep-dive requirement gathering, and shaping complex deals
- Public Procurement Expertise: Strong understanding of government procurement cycles, tender responses, compliance matrices, and bid management
- Technical Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences (written and verbal)
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of pricing models,unit economics, and ROI calculations

- Strong executive presentation and stakeholder management skills with agency/enterprise clients and internal teams

Preferred Industry Knowledge
- Knowledge of GIS platforms (ArcGIS, QGIS, MapInfo,GeoServer, Google Earth Engine).
- Exposure to Drone-based mapping, surveying, or data processing solutions.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in geospatial analytics.
- Understanding of spatial data formats, satellite imagery, LiDAR, and photogrammetry workows.
- Excellent communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical, product, and operations teams.
- Working knowledgeof remote sensingsolutions and applications for agricultural technology
- Familiarity with satellite imagery, GIS platforms, and geospatial analytics
- Understanding of government and enterprise procurement in India
