Job Description

Dream11, through its Dream Sports venture, is looking for a driven Senior Manager - Premium Sales to lead corporate sales and significantly drive revenue growth for our exclusive offerings. If you have a robust background in high-ticket corporate sales, a proven track record in client acquisition, and a passion for sports, you'll be instrumental in expanding our partnerships within the premium corporate segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth: Achieve ambitious sales targets through repeat business, referrals, and new acquisitions.
  • Profitability: Maximize high-margin sales (Marquee Events & Packages) and identify opportunities for increased profitability.
  • Client Engagement & Retention: Build exceptionally strong relationships, ensure regular communication, and offer personalized VIP experiences like tickets, unique experiences, and exclusive meet & greets.
  • Market Expansion: Strategically target new corporate sectors and expand partnerships in key markets.
  • Client Satisfaction & Business Growth: Onboard new corporate clients, drive recurring business, and enhance overall client satisfaction through surveys and testimonials.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership at DreamSetGo for corporate sales and P&L management.

Qualifiers

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in corporate sales, specifically focusing on high-ticket value deals.
  • Proven experience in corporate sales, high-value transactions, and corporate credit cards.
  • A proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth.

Skills

  • A passion and love for SPORTS is a must-have.
  • Exceptional corporate relationship management skills.
  • Ability to deliver world-class client experiences.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills for premium sales.
