We currently have an exciting career opportunity for Senior Manager to join the PMT team in our National Practice Management.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

YOUR TEAM.

This position will support our PMT Team and as an Audit Industry PMT Senior Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality audit and assurance services to clients in the Finance sectors. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand industry-specific challenges and provide actionable insights that drive business performance.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

  • Provide leadership and direction to teams comprising of Document Processing, Tax Processing, Administrative Assistants, Marketing and Finance support staff
  • Manage and optimize documentation and quality workflows to meet high standards and tight timelines
  • Utilize Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) to enhance productivity and document quality
  • Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in all outputs
  • Inspire and develop team members through mentoring and performance management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate documentation initiatives with broader business strategies
  • Create and execute training programs to upskill staff and reinforce process excellence
  • Monitor performance metrics and report insights and improvement plans to senior leadership
  • Lead ongoing training initiatives for team development
  • Responsible for interviewing, making hiring decisions, and the direct management and development of Word Processors/Proofreaders.
  • Responsible for training and quality control of all DPS deliverables and staff.
  • Resolving complex issues and delivering performance that meets and/or exceeds service level agreements.
  • Produce and supervise the production of client financial statements, proposals and special projects using advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Professional.
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency using proficient knowledge of proper business English, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Excellent communication skills and writing abilities: knowledge of correct English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Manage and ensure effective employee relations; create an ethical, nondiscriminatory, and safe work environment; establish effective communication lines/methods
  • Fostering a team environment, keeping the DPS intranet site, DPS manual, training materials, and other DPS documents updated.

Your Experience.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in documentation and quality control, including 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Master's Degree in a related field
  • Proven experience managing teams of 100+ members
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated expertise in workflow optimization, process improvement, and quality assurance
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask effectively
