  • The role will have a mix of project management & sales force effectiveness responsibilities u2013 distribution between the two may evolve over 6-12 month period depending on business priorities

  • PMO (Project Management):
    • Drive & manage strategic projects in collaboration with commercial & support functions to ensure timely delivery of project objectives
    • End-to-end project management for identified projects/ initiatives:
      • Develop hypotheses and undertake necessary analyses for testing the same leveraging analytical techniques
      • Conceptualize strategy and way forward in collaboration with commercial and support functions
      • Drive alignment with relevant stakeholders
      • Establish project management structure
      • Finalize roadmap (What, Who, When)
      • Ensure implementation through robust monitoring
      • Ensure regular reviews with middle management and senior management to share progress update and seek feedback/ inputs
      • Escalate and/or course-correct, as and when required, to ensure on-time delivery of key milestones

  • SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness)
    • Work closely with sales leadership across levels and collaborate with relevant support functions to ensure execution of SFE parameters and drive SFE initiatives for identified sales teams
    • Key responsibilities include
      • Drive field force reporting on key parameters
      • Analytics on performance and SFE parameters to share insights with sales leadership for improving business performance
      • Target setting and incentive design and analytics for sales teams
      • Support specific initiatives (GTM, process improvement, etc.) for identified sales teams or at an overall level
