Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Strategy & Planning
  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue planning for off-app marketing monetization.
  • Design and manage targets, quotas, and incentives for the sales teams in line with business goals.
  • Identify growth levers across ATL, BTL, digital, social, and influencer-led offerings.
  • Partner with leadership to define pricing, packaging, and monetization frameworks.
  • Sales Enablement
  • Build playbooks, pitch narratives, and solution frameworks to help sales teams sell effectively.
  • Translate restaurant marketing needs into clear, sellable offerings for the field teams.
  • Enable sales teams with training, tools, dashboards, and insights to improve win rates.
  • Act as the bridge between central strategy and on-ground execution.
  • Performance Management & Business Reviews
  • Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews tracking performance vs targets.
  • Monitor pipeline health, conversions, average deal sizes, and execution gaps.
  • Diagnose underperformance early and drive corrective action with sales leaders.
  • Build strong reporting and forecasting mechanisms for leadership visibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Ops teams.
  • Align off-app monetization strategy with Swiggy's broader brand and growth objectives.
  • Partner with marketing teams to ensure campaign feasibility, quality, and ROI.
  • Process & Scale
  • Design scalable processes for planning, forecasting, and execution as the business grows.
  • Identify automation, tooling, and system improvements to improve sales productivity.
  • Continuously refine operating models based on learnings from the field.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, ads monetization, digital marketing, or partnerships
  • Strong exposure to Marketing Campaign Planning, performance marketing and large-scale campaign management
  • Experience owning P&L or revenue targets in a fast-growing business & an understanding of owning and leading a business charter end to end
  • Prior experience in marketplaces, ad-tech, mar-tech, e-commerce, food tech, or consumer internet is a strong plus

  • Deep understanding of off-app digital marketing channels and attribution
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in data-driven decision making
  • Proven ability to build and scale revenue partnerships
  • Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and build from 0 1 scale
