We are looking for a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing to own and scale Lenskart's D2C online business growth through paid channels.
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you will drive customer acquisition and revenue by leveraging deep expertise in Google and Meta ecosystems, combined with strong data, funnel and creative thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end performance marketing across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
- Hands-on experience with feed optimization (Merchant Center), product segmentation and catalog scaling
- Manage and optimize large-scale ad budgets with a strong focus on efficiency and growth
- Own full-funnel performance - from ad click to conversion
- Leverage tools like Appsflyer, Branch, GA4 for attribution and performance tracking
- Identify and fix funnel leakages across landing pages, checkout and user journey
- Drive improvements in CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and revenue per use
- Partner closely with creative teams to build high-performing ad creatives
- Define and execute structured testing frameworks across formats (video, reels, statics)
- Build a strong creative feedback loop based on performance data
- Build and own performance dashboards and reporting frameworks
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in D2C / e-commerce
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads at scale
- Proven track record of managing large budgets and driving profitable growth
- Deep understanding of performance metrics: ROAS, CAC, LTV, CPC, CTR, CVR
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into growth actions
