The Senior Manager, Performance Management & Talent Systems is a critical member of Vertiv's Talent Management Center of Excellence (CoE), serving as the enterprise owner of end-to-end performance management process design, standardization, and technology enablement. This role drives consistency in how Vertiv assesses and develops talent across all global regions, partnering closely with HRBPs, talent management partners, and technology teams to embed scalable, data-driven performance practices throughout Vertiv. This is an exciting new role that will help design and implement new ways to engage with and utilize technology in support of the performance management process.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, standardize, and own end-to-end performance management processes across the global enterprise
  • Ensure consistency in people review outcomes, calibration, and talent decisions across all regions and business units
  • Establish and maintain global performance management timelines, templates, communication standards, and toolkits. Lead global training for HRBP community
  • Enable and optimize performance management systems including Oracle HCM, AI-assisted tools, UX enhancements, and people review platforms
  • Define enterprise reporting standards and analytics frameworks to measure performance management effectiveness
  • Partner with Talent Operations on governance forums, decision tracking, and enterprise line-of-sight reporting
  • Collaborate with the HRBP community on process execution, change adoption, and continuous improvement
  • Facilitate Talent Council engagement on performance outcomes, quality audits, and feedback frameworks
  • Coordinate with external performance management expertise and vendors as required
  • Champion a culture of high performance, continuous feedback, and manager accountability across the enterprise

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Experience: Minimum of 8 years in performance management process design and implementation in a global, matrixed organization
  • HR Technology: Expertise in global HR systems including Oracle HCM, HRIS platforms, and AI/ML applications
  • Change Management: Proven ability to drive adoption of complex process and technology changes across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Analytics & Reporting: Strong data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence skills ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated ability to lead through influence without direct authority in a complex matrix environment
  • Project Management: Excellence in managing multiple concurrent initiatives strong planning, prioritization, and delivery skills
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills ability to present to senior leaders and executive audiences
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field advanced degree or HR certifications preferred
