We are hiring for a Senior Manager Service Desk & IT Automation role for a leading global organization based in Bangalore.
Role Highlights:
Lead and scale Service Desk operations with strong SLA ownership
Drive IT Automation initiatives across service management workflows
Manage team performance, shift governance, and escalations
Work on endpoint ecosystem: Intune, Jamf, Mac, M365, Active Directory
Collaborate closely with global (US-based) leadership
Key Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Service Desk / ITSM operations
4+ years in team leadership roles
Strong hands-on expertise in automation (PowerShell/Python)
Experience in endpoint management (Intune/Jamf, Mac environment)
Exposure to MSP/service-based environments is preferred
