Overview

This role will lead a team responsible for employee transactions and data changes for PepsiCo associates across all PepsiCo regions on HR tools ie SAP EC, SAP HCM, payroll. The WFA team members would be based out of India ICC location & deliver the services based on SLA model on request through ticketing approach. Work with manager on all transformation activity planned for 2026

Major Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver to Sectors quality and SLA driven efficient transactions and ensure right level of engagement forums / interactions with stake holders , proactively introduce processes and programs to drive continuous improvement / productivity.
  • Role would involve strong people management skills to support WFA leader in building right culture , team engagement & building continuing capability of team members.
  • The role requires strong system knowledge and technical skills, process subject matter expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Lead/support all HR transformation initiatives planned for 2026 and beyond, spanning end‑to‑end HR processes, including Payroll.
  • Own and govern HR processes transitioned to the HR Operations team, ensuring stability, scalability, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage all HR workflows and transactions within SAP/SuccessFactors, delivering within defined SLAs while ensuring global data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ensure seamless data integration between SAP EC and SAP HCM through regular audits (daily/weekly), implementing corrective and preventive actions as required.
  • Drive a consistent, high‑quality customer experience and operational excellence, ensuring transactions are resolved efficiently and in full compliance with legal, company, and process requirements.
  • Proactively define and execute initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, with a strong focus on process optimization and automation.
  • Represent technical, functional, and customer perspectives in decision‑making partner closely with IT, internal clients, and the broader Shared Services organization.
  • Lead stakeholder management and escalation handling, taking full ownership for end‑to‑end issue resolution with timely and accountable delivery.
  • Ensure the team staffing model is current and effective collaborate internally and externally to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Manage and develop team leaders and the wider team, including onboarding, training, documentation, and enablement to drive rapid integration and productivity.
  • Establish and govern knowledge management platforms, ensuring supporting technologies meet operational and business requirements.
  • Champion a quality‑first agenda, embedding data quality and metrics as core deliverables across all HR reporting and transactions

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Experience in HR Operations Management . SAP/SuccessFactors and payroll process knowledge
  • Knowledge of all the HR Processes from Hire- to - Retire(Employee Life Cycle database management) including payroll
  • Knowledge and understanding of tool connectivity for smooth data flow: EC SAP HCM
  • In-depth understanding of interfaces
  • Good understanding of Ticket Management System.
  • Process management and continuous improvement with a focus on optimization and productivity
  • Organization Change Management
