Job Description

  • Develop and lead penetration testing strategy aligned with company security framework.
  • Build and mentor a high-performance penetration testing team focused on innovation and learning.
  • Oversee complex penetration testing projects ensuring quality and actionable reports.
  • Establish offensive security standards and ensure alignment with industry frameworks (OWASP, PTES, MITRE ATT&CK).
  • Act as security advisor to leadership, translating technical risks into business terms.
  • Advocate secure development and secure-by-design practices across engineering teams.
  • Drive security automation and continuous testing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards like ISO 27001 and NIST.
  • Required: 8-18 years in cybersecurity or related fields with strong leadership and technical skills.
  • Must have deep knowledge of penetration testing tools and methodologies; certifications like OSCP, CISSP preferred.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills with global collaboration experience.
