Job Description

Develop and lead penetration testing strategy aligned with company security framework.
Build and mentor a high-performance penetration testing team focused on innovation and learning.
Oversee complex penetration testing projects ensuring quality and actionable reports.
Establish offensive security standards and ensure alignment with industry frameworks (OWASP, PTES, MITRE ATT&CK).
Act as security advisor to leadership, translating technical risks into business terms.
Advocate secure development and secure-by-design practices across engineering teams.
Drive security automation and continuous testing initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards like ISO 27001 and NIST.
Required: 8-18 years in cybersecurity or related fields with strong leadership and technical skills.
Must have deep knowledge of penetration testing tools and methodologies; certifications like OSCP, CISSP preferred.
Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills with global collaboration experience.
