Position Summary

The Senior Manager - Partner Enablement & Support is responsible for managing the operational engagement & support of EC-Council's global partner network. This role focuses on ensuring seamless partner operations through process governance, documentation management, partner enablement, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, process-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. The role requires someone who can lead a team, ensure operational excellence, and consistently deliver a high-quality experience for global partners while adhering to defined processes and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Enablement & Support

• Manage day-to-day partner operations and enablement activities across global regions.
• Facilitate partner enablement programs, operational communications, and partner support initiatives.
• Ensure timely resolution of partner queries through effective coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Drive operational excellence by ensuring adherence to established processes and service standards.

Documentation & Compliance

• Oversee partner agreements, documentation, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational SOPs, governance standards, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate partner records and operational documentation.

Team Management & Operational Excellence

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Partner Operations team, ensuring productivity, service quality, and adherence to operational SLAs.
• Monitor team performance, allocate work effectively, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Prepare operational reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and partner experience.
• Support audits and ensure operational readiness across partner programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, operations, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in Partner Operations, Customer Support Operations, Business Operations, or Operations Administration.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing a team, with the ability to coach, mentor, and drive team performance.
• Experience managing partner enablement, operational processes, documentation, agreements, and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with global partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
