Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to OT cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory mandates.
  • Manage security monitoring, incident handling, and threat mitigation activities.
  • Lead risk assessments, technical evaluations, and compliance audits.
  • Collaborate with project, automation, and IT teams for secure design reviews.
  • Drive continuous improvement of OT security posture.
  • Support technical proposal building and GTM activities.
  • Customer interaction and project management.
  • Coordination of mid to large size OT cyber projects.
  • Conceptualize, build and deliver OT cybersecurity training .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/IT; Master's preferred.
  • In-depth expertise in ICS/OT security architectures and protocols.
  • 812 years in cybersecurity with at least 3 years in OT security leadership.
  • Certifications like GICSP, IEC 62443, CISSP, or CISM preferred.
