About us
We're building The Love Project, a unique functional food brand, and we're looking for sharp, hungry people (pun intended) to join us at the ground floor as we go from 0 to 1 and beyond. We're not just another D2C company - years of R&D, innovative products, a brand personality that stands out, and serious levels of ambition with the chops. Think of us as David in a David vs. Goliath story.
Aptitude + attitude matter to us over credentials. We offer a workplace where you'll own things from day one that'd take a decade at a large company.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- This role will own end-to-end supply chain from raw material planning to fulfillment
- The ideal candidate would have 58 yrs experience in FMCG/packaged food ops, preferably with a small FMCG / food startup or a fast-growing D2C brand, where you've had to handle multiple parts of the supply chain yourself
- We believe you are more likely to thrive in this position with broad startup/fast-growing company experience, (ideally packaged food or beverages), rather than experience with large corporates in highly specialized functions
- Manage procurement, coordination with contract manufacturers and production planning - this is essential to this role
- Solid experience handling perishable SKUs, high MOQs & multi-location stock
- Can establish from scratch an ops tech stack (ERP/OMS): warehouse/3PL + systems (Zoho, Unicommerce/EasyEcom, etc.)
- Strong in procurement, inventory control & demand forecasting
- Can establish strategic sourcing, own the BOM (Bill of Materials) and aggressively drive down unit costs
- Can manage the complex replenishment cycles for Quick Commerce hubs (Blinkit, Instamart etc.)
- Detail-obsessed and commercially sharp
Notes:
- Salary: Competitive and commensurate with your experience and the value you bring to the 0-to-1 journey
- The Culture: We're a lean, high-trust team. No red tape, just high ownership and the chance to build a category-defining brand from scratch
- Your educational background, identity, or where you went to school matters far less to us than your hunger, attitude and your ability to execute. If you're a builder, you belong
