Senior Manager - Operational ExcellenceOE Divisional/ site expert on the Lean Sigma & TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology. Lead the change process by working closely with the Site Head and the rest of Site Leadership Team in their journey of shop floor transformation.Job Description - Actively support the teams in the TPM activities on the shop floor. - Lead the Promotion Campaign, coach leaders & team members for Op. Excellence in the factory - Assessment of the implementation progress. Conduct/ coordinate TPM trainings at all levels. - Promote and support cross-fertilization of ideas, knowledge, standards and improvements. Coordinate the support from external consultants if applicable. - Develop & implement maintenance systems & processes at site. - Motivate and empower people through positive attitude and stimulate change in traditional mind-set. - Communicate TPM activities and results. Ensure that TPM work is impacting both results and the culture change towards the vision as determined by the plant. - Provide feedback on progress of TPM to Steering Committee. - Conduct the training for daily management tools. - Conduct training for Lean sigma (Green Belt training). - Lead the 5s initiatives at Shop floor and Offices. - Identification individual training needs. - Design and Launch themes for mass involvement and time bound improvement. - Set the criteria for different R&R scheme and certification of teams. - Organize the functions for reward and recognition events. - Lead the team for external competition and events Essential Qualification BE / BtechFull time
