Role Overview
We are seeking highly experienced professionals for Senior-Level positions (Manager / Senior Manager / Director / VP level) in the Oil & Gas, Power, Energy, and Construction sectors. The ideal candidates will bring strong leadership capabilities, deep industry expertise, and a proven track record of managing large-scale EPC projects across domestic and international locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects
- Oversee project execution, operations, and delivery within timelines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence
- Handle procurement, contract management, and vendor coordination
- Guide strategic planning and execution for large-scale industrial projects
- Contribute to business growth and process improvements
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 15+ years in relevant industries
- Strong exposure to Oil & Gas / Power / Energy / Construction sectors
- Proven experience in EPC project execution and leadership roles
- Excellent team management and stakeholder handling skills
- Preference for candidates with international project experience
- Candidates with immediate to short notice period preferred
