Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets for stainless steel products within the assigned region.
  • Manage branch operations, including sales planning, inventory coordination, customer service, and commercial compliance.
  • Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks to increase market penetration.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts across construction, infrastructure, engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, and industrial sectors.
  • Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and strategic projects to drive sustainable growth.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements with customers and channel partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop sales teams to improve productivity and performance.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, MIS reports, and market intelligence reports for management review.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of steel/stainless steel products, applications, and market dynamics.
  • Expertise in channel sales, dealer development, project sales, and key account management.
  • Proven ability to achieve business targets and manage P&L responsibilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and team leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic planning capabilities.

Preferred Background

  • 10–15 years of experience in steel, stainless steel, metals, building materials, or allied industries.
  • Experience handling regional sales, branch management, or business development roles.
  • Exposure to infrastructure, industrial, OEM, fabrication, EPC, and construction customer segments is preferred.
