Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets for stainless steel products within the assigned region.
- Manage branch operations, including sales planning, inventory coordination, customer service, and commercial compliance.
- Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks to increase market penetration.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts across construction, infrastructure, engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, and industrial sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and strategic projects to drive sustainable growth.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements with customers and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to formulate effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with supply chain, production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop sales teams to improve productivity and performance.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, MIS reports, and market intelligence reports for management review.

Preferred Background
- 10–15 years of experience in steel, stainless steel, metals, building materials, or allied industries.
- Experience handling regional sales, branch management, or business development roles.
- Exposure to infrastructure, industrial, OEM, fabrication, EPC, and construction customer segments is preferred.
