Job Description

Knowledge:

  • Understanding of change management methodologies and experience in leading successful change initiatives.
  • Familiarity with talent management processes, including talent assessment, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Knowledge of performance management systems and practices.
  • Understanding adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Familiarity with various training delivery methods, including e-learning, virtual training, and blended learning approaches.
  • Awareness of emerging trends and technologies in L&D, such as learning management systems and microlearning.
  • Familiarity with metrics and analytics related to talent management, performance management, and learning and development.
  • Understanding of employee engagement frameworks and methodologies and experience in implementing/ designing post survey follow up initiatives/ actions.
  • Knowledge and experience in developing competency models and proficiency levels, including core, functional, technical, behavioral, leadership.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex ideas and concepts effectively.
  • Presentation and facilitation skills to deliver engaging and impactful engagement/ development sessions/ programs.
  • Analytical skills to gather, interpret, and analyze data for decision-making and improvement.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
  • Change management and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Project management skills to manage multiple initiatives, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Emotional intelligence and empathy to navigate sensitive situations and manage resistance to change.
  • Mentoring and coaching skills to support the development of others.
  • IT knowledge to manage Sharepoint and workflow processes.

Requirements

  • Degree and above in Human Resource Management related studies.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in organisational development, learning and development, talent management, or related HR roles.
  • ACTA/ACLP
  • Certifications in psychometric tools such as Insights Discovery preferred.
  • Professional certifications in organisational development, learning and development, change management, or related areas are desirable.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment.
