Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Manager role located in the Kutch district. As a Senior Manager, you will oversee and manage projects, drive operational efficiency, and ensure the achievement of organizational goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop strategic plans, monitor performance metrics, and implement sustainable practices within operations. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in guiding teams, fostering innovation, and ensuring compliance with established policies and best practices.

• Knowledge of building materials industry, production processes, and sustainable practices
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• Previous experience in a managerial role within the construction or manufacturing industry is beneficial
