Designation: Senior Manager - Finance (Non-Trade Account Payables)

Responsibilities, aka, what we'd like you to deliver :
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the non-trade payable process, improving efficiency, compliance, and overall accounts payable operations.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices in non-trade accounts payable.
- Provide guidance and support in resolving complex payables issues, disputes, and discrepancies.
- Organize training and development initiatives to enhance team members skills in accounts payable and finance functions.
- Oversee payment processing and manage payment schedules to optimize cash flow for non-trade payables.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of non-trade accounts payable transactions and related financial data.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and complete financial reporting.
- Analyze trends in non-trade payables to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements across all non-trade accounts payable activities.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and resolving audit-related queries.
Are you who we're searching for
- Chartered Accountant with 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or finance operations, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in E-Commerce or Quick Commerce companies will be a strong advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and MS Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Familiarity with integrated financial systems, ERP tools, and accounts payable automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliation processes, and cash flow management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex issues and drive effective solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
