Job Description

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance)1. Study Project requirment,provide automaiton solution either in-house or Third party vendor, Collaborate with Design, Assembly Engineer & Manufacturing for detailed study of deliverables w.r.t. Quality, Cost & Delivery(QCD) Targets. Plan appropriate Automaiton solutions and Items selection to meet project KPI. generate Specification document for vendor ordering.2. Develop automation solution including Software development and hardware Selection, if required take POC , trials reports, presentationGenerate documentation for Third party vendor.
Validation of project deliverables and per requirements, provide DAP approvals for project.3. Responsible for smooth functioning of the running systems, look after the planned activities to avoid any future loss of production. Provide support to production and Quality for Process Robustness & compliance.4.Execute Installation and commissioning of projects and validate the project KPI with trials.Tranining to other departments5. After successful ramp-up, ensure smooth handover of the project along with applicable documents to Production and maintenance Team6.Working with team and inclusive behaviorQualifications - InternalFunctional CompetenciesBehavioural Competencies1. Expert in PLC & LabView Programming & SQL database.
2. Good knowledge of Industrial Vision Systems
3. Hands on experience of Installation & Commissioning of projects
4. Knowledge of Python, AI,ML ,IOT,IIOT
5. Good Knowledge of Robots ,Sensor ,actuators applicaiton and selection1. Excellent Interpersonal and teamworking skills
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Good Problem solving approach
4. Shall be Enterprising in his/her way of working
