Role Overview
We are seeking an innovative strategist to act as the critical bridge between our clients marketing objectives and our premium content capabilities. In this role, you will lead high-impact brand integrations across Television, Digital, OTT, and special IPs. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of media sales with exceptional storytelling skills to build scalable branded properties, drive premium monetization, and deliver long-term revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic IP & Content Monetization
Lead innovative, in-content brand integrations across Television, Digital, OTT, and special IPs.
Develop sponsored storytelling formats and advertiser-led content ecosystems designed for premium monetization.
Build scalable branded properties that seamlessly combine deep audience engagement with long-term revenue growth.
Design bespoke sponsor integration frameworks tailored for cultural IPs, entertainment formats, devotional content, and special events.
Create multi-layered monetization opportunities that span across TV, OTT, digital, and on-ground ecosystems.
2. Pitching & Revenue Conversion
Partner closely with front-line Sales teams to decode client briefs and architect revenue-focused, data-driven content solutions.
Architect comprehensive pitch decks and support client pitches with bespoke sponsorship proposals and premium integration presentations.
Serve as the subject matter expert during meetings with CMOs, brand managers, and media buying agencies.
Drive the closure of branded partnerships through innovative, cross-platform monetization ideas and strategic packaging.
3. Cross-Functional Execution
Collaborate seamlessly with Programming, Creative, Digital, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure flawless end-to-end execution.
Ensure that all brand integrations are organically embedded within content narratives, avoiding forced or disruptive placements.
Maintain a rigorous balance between top-tier editorial quality and the client's commercial objectives.
4.Campaign Management
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of brand campaigns, from the initial brief to final delivery.
Monitor daily campaign progress, working with the performance teams to optimize reach, engagement, and media mix during live campaigns.
Deliver comprehensive post-campaign evaluation reports (Quarterly Business Reviews), highlighting success metrics, learnings, and avenues for scaling the partnership.
Qualifications & Key Skills
Experience: 6 to 10 years of proven experience in brand solutions, content marketing, media planning, or ad sales strategy within a TV network, OTT platform, media publisher, or integrated agency.
Academics: MBA with a specialization in Product Management, Advertising, or Communication Strategy.
Ecosystem Expertise: Strong, holistic understanding of media sales, brand marketing, television programming, and digital/OTT ecosystems.
Commercial & Creative Acumen: A creative thinker with sharp commercial understanding, capable of balancing revenue targets with compelling audience insights.
Core Competencies: Excellent storytelling, presentation, client servicing, and revenue-conversion capabilities. High proficiency in project management and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns.
