Standardization & Design Efficiency

o Development and implementation of standardized layouts for hospital spaces (OTs ICUs OPD set.).

o Completion of space programs for different hospital capacities (200-1000 beds).

o Adherence to JCINABHNABL and internal healthcare design standards.

MEPF Coordination & Interdisciplinary Integration

o Seamless integration of MEPF with architectural designs.

o Efficiency of the consultancy/interdisciplinary matrix execution.

o Adoption of energy-efficient & sustainable building practices.

Regulatory Compliance & Approvals

o Timely submission and acquisition of statutory approvals (municipal environmental fire safety etc.).

o Compliance with local building laws and healthcare infrastructure regulations.

o Effective liaison with government authorities for smooth approval processes.

Process Improvement & Execution Efficiency

o Reduction in turnaround time for tender and execution drawings.

o Implementation of workflow standardization for enhanced project efficiency.

o Alignment of architectural outputs with operational needs and evolving medical technologies.

Knowledge Skills and Experience

• 12 - 15 years in hospital design healthcare infrastructure or large-scale architectural projects.
• Bachelors/Master s in Architecture Civil Engineering or Healthcare Infrastructure Planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office.
• Understanding of building codes healthcare planning guidelines and material specifications.

Behavioral:

• Ability to take direction execute tasks independently and work within a team.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and project execution.
