Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new enterprise and mid-market business opportunities across diverse industries in North America.
• Cultivate strong executive relationships with Procurement, HR, Talent Acquisition, and MSP/VMS stakeholders.
• Mentor a team of Business Development professionals to optimize pipeline growth and prospecting.
• Generate qualified meetings through account research, market intelligence, and multi-channel outreach.
• Position specialized staffing and workforce solutions tailored to specific client hiring landscapes.
• Partner with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Qualifications

• Possess 5 to 10 years of business development experience in staffing, MSP, or RPO environments.
• Track record of securing new business through strategic prospecting and consultative sales.
• Skilled at engaging and presenting to senior Procurement, HR, and Talent Acquisition leaders.
• Proven ability to manage, coach, and cultivate high-performing Business Development teams.
• Expert user of CRM and prospecting tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
• Highly organized professional capable of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles independently.
