Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complete module maintenance operations for solar manufacturing lines

• Develop and implement preventive & predictive maintenance strategies

• Ensure minimum downtime and maximum equipment efficiency (OEE improvement)

• Handle breakdown maintenance and critical troubleshooting of machines

• Manage utilities, electrical systems, and automation (PLC/SCADA)

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization

• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and quality standards

• Lead, train, and develop the maintenance team

• Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams for smooth operations

• Manage AMC, vendor development, and spare parts inventory

Requirements

• B.Tech / BE in Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering

• 12–18+ years of experience in solar module manufacturing

• Strong exposure to automation, PLC, and Module production equipment maintenance

• Proven leadership and team management experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-speed production lines

• Knowledge of TPM / Lean Manufacturing practices

• Budgeting and cost control experience
