Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager MIS at ICICI Securities, based in Thane. The individual in this role will oversee the Management Information Systems (MIS) functions, manage financial and operational data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet company objectives. Key responsibilities include analyzing data for decision making, maintaining MIS infrastructure, generating reports, supporting financial planning processes, and identifying trends through data analytics. The role requires strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to improve existing processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Information Technology to support data infrastructure and system management
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Data Analytics to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights
- Knowledge of Finance to understand financial metrics and assist in financial planning and reporting
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Proficiency in tools and software such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms is preferred
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Data Analytics, or related fields; postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA or certifications in MIS/Analytics are a plus
