Job Description
- Managing breath alcohol testing as per DGCA requirements
- Manage the process of psychoactive substance testing as per laid down guidelines
- Prepare and certify onboard First Aid Kits, Medical Kits, Universal Precaution Kits, AEDs
- Process pre-employment initial / renewal medicals of cabin crew
- Process pre-employment medicals of ground staff
- In-charge of OPD, clinical examination, management and fitness opinion
- Attend passenger calls, handle medical emergencies, opine on fitness to fly
- Process clearance of MEDIF / Stretcher cases
- hospital visits & follow-up of employees in case of accidents on duty
- Manage movement of alco instruments for calibration
- Medical administrative duties,
- Downloading video footage as required
- Responsible for maintaining documentation as per regulatory requirements
- medical inventory management
- Conduct First Aid Training classes as required
- Duties as assigned by HOD Medical Services
- Duty Timings: willing to work in shifts
Required Qualification / certifications: MBBS degree &
Class II Medical Examiner, ACLS
Skills and knowledge: Clinical knowledge and skills, computer skills, organizational, problem solving, decision making, monitoring, controlling, team work, time management, documentation, communication and interpersonal skills
