Senior Manager Marketplace Growth & Performance Marketing

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Marketplace to drive profitable growth across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa & Quick Commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Own marketplace performance marketing strategy, budgets & campaign performance

• Hands-on management of Amazon Ads and other marketplace media

• Drive GMV, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, organic ranking & contribution margin

• Optimise spends across platform × category × SKU

• Lead marketplace events, launches and performance reviews

• Collaborate with Brand, Finance, Supply Chain, Creative & Marketplace teams

Looking For

• 7–9 years in marketplace performance marketing / e-commerce growth

• Strong hands-on Amazon Ads expertise

• Experience across Flipkart / Nykaa / Quick Commerce

• Strong analytical & commercial skills

• Beauty / Personal Care / FMCG / Consumer Brand experience preferred

• Agency-side marketplace experience is mandatory
