Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad (On-site)

What You'll Do:

  • Strategy & Alignment: Align marketing operations with Keka's goals of driving ARR, brand awareness, and market dominance. Track KPIs like MQLs, CAC, and lead conversion rates. Build the right dashboard and views as required
  • Process Optimization: Streamline workflows for lead generation, content delivery, and campaign execution using agile methodologies.
  • MarTech Management: Oversee tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics, ensuring seamless integration and cost efficiency. Find and manage newer marketing tech stack.
  • Data & Analytics: Build dashboards for real-time campaign insights, ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance, and use AI for predictive lead scoring.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor a small, high-energy marketing ops team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Customer Focus: Enhance the customer journey from awareness to retention, supporting Keka's mission to transform workplaces.
  • Budget Management: Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI, leveraging automation to reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Professional with 6+ Years of running Revenue Operations in software product company. SaaS or HRTech experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years of leading and building teams in a leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in delivering recommendations and insights to drive visibility, predictability, and go-to-market performance.
