Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to drive a robust 365-day, 360-degree brand narrative across multiple touchpoints. This role requires expertise in brand communication, campaign intelligence, content strategy, new brand launches, and ROI-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, shoulder end to end responsibility of campaigns and ability to collaborate with multiple verticals to deep understanding of regional markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Narrative
- Develop and implement a 365-day, 360-degree brand communication strategy that seamlessly integrates across retail, digital, mass media, and experiential marketing.
- Drive consistent and impactful storytelling across all consumer touchpoints.
2. Campaign championing
- Lead the team in executing high-impact campaign communication across stores, catchment areas, and mass media while ensuring brand consistency by means of new media, new activations platforms.
- Ensure regional efficiencies by adapting campaigns for local relevance and consumer engagement.
- Spearhead new brand launches, including positioning, go-to-market strategy, and communication rollouts.
3. Brand Properties & Content Development
- Develop brand-owned properties, activations, and consumer engagement programs that enhance brand recall.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content for digital, social media, and offline channels.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and content partners to produce high-quality brand assets.
4. Research, Insights & Campaign Intelligence
- Leverage consumer research, competitive analysis, and market trends to refine brand strategies.
- Use campaign intelligence to optimize messaging, media spends, and engagement strategies.
- Develop innovative approaches to reach and influence the target audience effectively.
5. Performance Measurement & ROI Optimization
- Set clear KPIs for brand campaigns and ensure rigorous ROI tracking and analysis.
- Optimize marketing investments across different media and regions based on performance insights.
- Present campaign reviews and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
6. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of three Assistant Brand Managers, ensuring strategic alignment and executional excellence.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and digital teams to drive business impact.
