Role Description The Senior Manager – Marketing & Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position leads marketing and sales strategies for HubHawks book-related services, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing integrated marketing plans, managing sales pipelines, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with authors, publishers, and partners. The role involves overseeing promotional campaigns across digital and traditional channels, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing initiatives to meet business goals. The Senior Manager will also mentor team members, coordinate with creative and operations teams, and contribute to long-term strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in marketing strategy, brand management, and campaign planning within publishing, media, or related industries.
  • Strong sales leadership experience, including pipeline management, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing practices, such as SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance analytics.
  • Experience collaborating with creative, editorial, or design teams to develop effective promotional materials and messaging.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, manage cross-functional projects, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with the book publishing ecosystem, author services, or media marketing is highly desirable.
