Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager
We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end manufacturing operations. The role focuses on improving efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and driving operational excellence.
Key Lead and manage overall manufacturing operations and plant performance
- Develop strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost control
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Manage production planning, supply chain coordination, and resource allocation
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed
Required Skills & Experience
- 15-20 years of experience in manufacturing operations
- Strong knowledge of production processes and plant management
- Experience in Lean manufacturing and process improvement
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
