Role Overview:
This role will drive digital transformation for Croma's transportation network alongside business, technology/product teams & vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding Croma's transport network, processes and requirements
- Evaluate TMS vendor(s) for business and functional fit.
- Work with Product & Tech teams on TMS development, enhancements and integrations.
- Drive TMS rollout planning and implementation across Croma.
- Design controls & governance
- Drive adoption, stabilization and continuous improvement.
- Work with extended teams (Store operations, Customer service) and partners to deliver the TMS roadmap.
Key Requirements:
- 2-4 yrs of experience in supply chain operations (preferred logistics) or in supply chain technology or program management.
- Experience in vendor evaluation, product development and implementation.
- MBA from reputed institution
